Cancellation Terms

  • Once an order is placed, cancellation is not possible under any circumstances.


Refund & Return Policy

⚠️ Important:

Please ensure to record an unpacking/unboxing video while opening your package. Without this video, we will not be able to process any damage claims.

  • Each product is thoroughly inspected before shipping to avoid any damage or defects.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

    • The product was damaged during transit.

    • The product has a manufacturing defect.

    • Wrong product was sent which rarely happens

If you receive a damaged/defective product:

  1. Notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Send clear images of the damaged item along with the unboxing video to:

  3. If your return is accepted:

    • We'll raise the return pickup of the product. Please pack it back carefully & keep it ready for the pickup

    • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process a replacement or refund if there are no damages

    • If the same product is out of stock, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–12 days 

⚠️ We will not be able to process any return or exchange requests if:

  • You do not notify us within 24 hours.

  • The unboxing video is missing.

  • The product is found to be tampered with or used.

For International Orders:

  • We do not accept returns for international shipments.

  • However, if a product is damaged beyond repair, a return may be considered — but return shipping costs will not be covered by us.
