Once an order is placed, cancellation is not possible under any circumstances.
Refund & Return Policy
⚠️ Important:
Please ensure to record an unpacking/unboxing video while opening your package. Without this video, we will not be able to process any damage claims.

Each product is thoroughly inspected before shipping to avoid any damage or defects.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

The product was damaged during transit.

The product has a manufacturing defect.
- Wrong product was sent which rarely happens

If you receive a damaged/defective product:

Notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

If your return is accepted:

We'll raise the return pickup of the product. Please pack it back carefully & keep it ready for the pickup

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process a replacement or refund if there are no damages

If the same product is out of stock, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–12 days

⚠️ We will not be able to process any return or exchange requests if:
You do not notify us within 24 hours.
The unboxing video is missing.
The product is found to be tampered with or used.
For International Orders:

We do not accept returns for international shipments.

However, if a product is damaged beyond repair, a return may be considered — but return shipping costs will not be covered by us.
