Shipping & Returns Policy
For delivery within India :
All orders are sent by the best available courier services such as Bluedart, DTDC, Delhivery, etc to make sure that you receive your order safely and securely.
There will be a standard shipping charge of INR 90/- on all orders and the same will be added during checkout.
All orders are dispatched within 4 working days from the date of payment and delivered in 4-10 working days.
(except in a few cases which are beyond our control including travel delays from our courier partners due to bad weather conditions, strikes, etc
Tracking details & Shipping updates will be sent to your to your sms & e-mail after dispatch.
Orders once placed cannot be canceled for any reason.
IMPORTANT NOTE - Kindly take an unpacking/unboxing video before opening the package, without which We CANNOT accept any damages
We check each and every product multiple times for any damages or defects before dispatching.
We don't accept any RETURNS or EXCHANGES unless the received product is damaged in transit or found defective.
In any such unfortunate case, you must notify us immediately by sending the image of the damaged product on our email (email@example.com) within 24 hours of receiving your order.
In case your return is accepted, you need to immediately send us the product back to our address (courier charges need to be borne by the customer)
After receiving the returned product, we will approve the return once we check the product.
Once the return is approved, we will send you the replacement of the same product.
Only if the same product stock is not available, we will provide you refund, in that case the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-12 days (after deducting the initial shipping charges).
We will not be able to process any RETURN or EXCHANGE if we were not notified about in the given time period.
