Shipping Policy

Within India:

  • We ship all orders using trusted courier partners like Delhivery, DTDC, and others to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

  • A standard shipping fee of ₹90 will be applied at checkout for all domestic orders.

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 4 working days after payment.

  • Delivery takes approximately 4–10 working days, depending on your location.

Note: Delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or courier issues are beyond our control.

  • Tracking details and shipping updates will be shared via SMS and email once your order is dispatched.


International Orders:

  • All international orders are dispatched within 4 working days of payment.

  • Delivery typically takes 4–10 working days, but may vary based on customs and local courier handling.


Cancellation Policy

  • Once an order is placed, cancellation is not possible under any circumstances.


Refund & Return Policy

⚠️ Important:

Please ensure to record an unpacking/unboxing video while opening your package. Without this video, we will not be able to process any damage claims.

  • Each product is thoroughly inspected before shipping to avoid any damage or defects.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

    • The product was damaged during transit.

    • The product has a manufacturing defect.

If you receive a damaged/defective product:

  1. Notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Send clear images of the damaged item along with the unboxing video to:

  3. If your return is accepted:

    • You must ship the product back to us (return shipping is to be paid by the customer).

    • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process a replacement.

    • If the same product is out of stock, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–12 days (after deducting the initial shipping charges).

⚠️ We will not be able to process any return or exchange requests if:

  • You do not notify us within 24 hours.

  • The unboxing video is missing.

  • The product is found to be tampered with or used.

For International Orders:

  • We do not accept returns for international shipments.

  • However, if a product is damaged beyond repair, a return may be considered — but return shipping costs will not be covered by us.
